Yes it is quite a lot of extra work but you do end up with a nameplate that is 'extra'.
We anodise our aluminium, and we only use grade 5251, we create an anodic layer on the aluminium. Using specialist inks we can then print into this layer and seal the surface.
What are you left with? A hardwearing and durable nameplate suitable for a wide variety of uses and environments, they can have holes, cut outs and adhesives. Unlike an aluminium surface printed labels the ink is dyed into the material and won't scratch off without destroying the surface.
If this sounds like something you would need please contact our Sales Team and they will be happy to talk you through everything making sure that you get the labels and nameplates that meet your needs.
