Our studio offers a full service artworking facility, utilising the latest in software, hardware and a wealth of experience providing practical solutions for your labeling needs, whether it be full job creation or amendments to existing labels.
We will be very pleased to accept your own artwork and we have compiled some guidelines here for you:
- We prefer digital artwork set as either an illustrator file (.ai or .eps), CorelDRAW (.cdr), or a pdf
- Make sure specific fonts are embedded or have been changed to outlines.
- Photoshop files or jpgs can be acceptable for DIGITAL printing – please make the resolution at least 300dpi. Embed the jpg if you are sending it as part of a pdf.
Screen / Etched / Anodised Printing: Images need to be vectored graphics (see Fig.1). Lines need to be a minimum of 0.5pt (0.1764mm) thick. Half tones or graduate tones are generally unsuitable for these printing process.

Digital Printing: Images for digital printing must include 3mm bleed edge if image or background colour goes to the edge of label. (See Fig. 2)
